well, I doubt anyone is going to guess it, so I'll reveal it :)

It's actually the interior of the heeren (HMV).

Those 'stars' you see are actually spotlights and lights reflecting off the shiny walls of the heeren. It's amazing how many lights they have illuminating a little area.

And those 'galactical belts' is actually the ceiling and the railings of the floors. You can get this look by standing at the fountain at heeren (inside) and looking up. You can even see a lcd panel to the left side of the pic, cus it belongs to one of the shops there. :)
