Omnimax was nuckin futs
 
Well yesterday I went to the science centre omnimax and sat through 4 hours straight of OMNIMAX movies. I caught JET FIGHTER and also Harry Potter Goblet of Fire.
When I bought the tickets at the counter for double shows the woman gave me a concerned look + queer eye and said so you'll be sitting through about 5 hours of shows yea? I replied, "all the better!". I mean, I've always complained that omnimax movies were too short, so now I'm makin up for all this by watching a 1 hour omnimax show followed by 2 hrs 45 mins of Harry Potter madness!
Let me start off with the movie JET FIGHTER. THAT MOVIE IS INSANE MAN !!! Though it's only 40 mins long, it's one of the best shows I have ever watched. I'm so glad I watched it. Really. There are scenes where you practically feel like you're flying up in the sky high above the mountains and clouds and man ... What a feeling man. It's spiritual as well, when you see the freakin beauty of the earth, you can't help but be overwhelmed. I've been looking for something to 'blow me away' for a while now and this is it man. I would'nt mind watching it again. If you want to catch it, TODAY is the last day. The movie run ends TODAY. GO SEE IT.
Now for Harry Potter Goblet of Fire. That movie is also insane man!!! The CGI is easily the best I've ever seen. I'm not a Harry Potter freak or whatever but I just decided to watch it because you know, it's OMNIMAX man and I'm a omnimax freak. (One of my new year resolutions is to make sure I catch ALL the omnimax movies) I must say the movie was really well made. I don't think there's any way where you can capture the intensity of the movie by reading the BOOK. JK Rowling is one crazy writer man...
